Student Project-Global Gymnast Magazine

Target Audience: Gymnasts of all ages and people interested in gymnastics in general.
Background: As a former gymnast myself, I always felt the general lack of representation of the sport, other than the Olympics of course. Creating a magazine discussing different topics within the sport and current events creates a sense of camaraderie while also educating people who are interested in starting their journey.
The main goal of Global Gymnast Magazine is to be inclusive, open, and inviting. and to generate curiosity from people who were interested, even a little bit, in gymnastics. That is why I chose the colors green and blue. They are considered calming and positive colors which is reflected in my work. The fonts I had chosen, Dolly Pro and Quicksand, are softer and cleaner, reinforcing the inclusive and inviting feel.
