My name is Olivia and I am a Graphic Designer based in Tustin, California. After completing my Business Administration degree at Chapman University, I decided to pursue my passion for art by completing my Graphic Design Certificate through the UC Berkeley Extension Program.

As an artist, animal lover, food enthusiast, and athlete I live to creating a brand image that suits any company’s mission, vision, and values.

  • Facilitates the onboarding and offboarding process of agents by ensuring all paperwork is complete and filed, and all information is input into internal systems properly

  • Cultivates the internal communications for over
    150 agents, by maintaining and distributing office training calendar via MailChimp and social media, screening and directing phone calls, and distributing all correspondence

  • Articulates, on all social media channels,
    the organizational mission and priorities through strategic planning of internal and external communications, brand alignment and integration of key organizational messages

Graphic Design Intern

  • Sought and analyzed competitor marketing material and digital content to better understand the current market
